DON’T WAIT FOR THE FIRST STAIN

Your tile can resist a spill.
Your grout may absorb it.

Glazed tile and the grout around it do not offer the same protection. Unsealed, absorbent cement-based grout can take in liquids and contaminants, leaving the lines between your tiles looking uneven or discolored.

01 / EVERYDAY SPILLS

Small spill. Lasting mark.

Coffee, cooking oil, and tracked-in dirt can leave stains that are difficult to remove. Protect the grout while it is still clean.

02 / CONSISTENT COLOR

Keep the whole floor looking cared for.

Discolored grout lines can change the appearance of an otherwise beautiful floor. Sealing helps resist absorption and supports easier routine cleaning.

03 / THE RIGHT TIME

Start before move-in.

Once your grout has cured and dried as required, an empty home is an opportunity to seal before furniture, foot traffic, and everyday spills arrive.

Protect now. Keep spills from becoming a bigger cleaning problem.
We’ll confirm your grout type and recommend a suitable sealing approach.

PROTECTION YOU CAN SEE IN ACTION

The grout looks the same.
The water tells the story.

A natural-look sealer may leave no obvious visual change. Our completion documentation includes a close-up water-beading photo on the treated grout, taken when the product’s instructions allow testing.

Instead of relying on appearance alone, you can see how the treated grout responds to water.

OUR COMPLETION CHECK

Apply. Test. Document.

  • Apply the appropriate sealer to prepared grout.
  • Allow the required drying and test time.
  • Check water repellency on the grout line.
  • Photograph the result for your job record.

Water beading demonstrates repellency at the tested spot and time. We also provide care guidance to help maintain that protection.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few details,
before we begin.

Can you quote from my floor plan?+

Where a suitable plan is available, we can use it to estimate the tiled area remotely. Tile upgrades, actual coverage, and grout condition still need confirmation. We’ll let you know if we need photos, measurements, or a visit.

How does sealing protect my grout from stains?+

Sealing suitable cement-based grout helps repel water- and oil-based spills, reducing absorption and helping preserve its clean, uniform appearance. That protection is most useful before stains develop. Wipe up spills promptly and follow the selected product’s care and resealing instructions. Stain resistance is not a guarantee against every stain, and penetrating sealer does not replace a waterproofing system.

How will I know the sealing was done?+

Our completion process includes a close-up photo of a water-repellency check on the treated grout. We test when permitted by the selected product’s instructions, documenting how water behaves on the grout line. This shows repellency at the tested location; follow the care instructions to maintain protection.

Why seal before my grout looks dirty?+

Once contaminants penetrate absorbent grout, stains can be difficult to remove. Sealing clean, properly cured grout provides protection before everyday exposure begins. We’ll check your grout type first; some grouts do not require an additional sealer.

Is my preferred date a confirmed booking?+

Not yet. Submit your preferred date, and we’ll follow up to confirm scope, price, preparation, and service availability.

When do I pay?+

Our terms are 50% upfront after quote approval and 50% at completion. Payment collection is being connected; nothing is charged through this form. Your quote will explain how to pay and the applicable cancellation terms before you agree.
