Information you choose to share

Quote and question forms collect the contact information, home details, service preferences, and messages you enter. We use them to review your request, prepare a quote, arrange service, and follow up. Information is saved in the website’s database and may be included in email notifications sent to the owner’s Gmail account.

Optional marketing messages

You may separately opt in to occasional Grout Guys email news and offers. This box is optional and unchecked by default. Declining does not affect your service request. You can withdraw permission by emailing us or replying to a marketing email.

Basic traffic counts

We count page views by day, page, and optional campaign tag, such as a business card or handout link. This counter does not use tracking cookies or identify individual visitors. Repeat visits and automated traffic may be included. We do not automatically obtain a visitor’s name, email address, or phone number from a visit.

Security and access

Customer details are restricted to the owner’s signed-in account. Temporary, hashed network identifiers may be used to limit abusive form submissions. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Retention and your choices

We retain requests while needed to respond, provide service, and maintain business records. Email dylanhowze@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information, or to withdraw marketing permission. We will review your request and explain if business record obligations require retaining some information.
